Last weekend we went to Trondheim to visit the city which is super beautiful and definitely worth to spend a weekend there.

A view from the famous bridge in Trondheim

We arrived in Trondheim at Thursday afternoon. By car it would have taken us about 11 hours so we decided to go by plane. We slept in an Airbnb very close to the center and went out to party on Thursday night.

The next day we had breakfast in our Airbnb and went for a walk through the city center and on a sightseeing tour to see the cathedral:

...and the bridge:

Also we went up the hill to the fortress where we had a very nice view over the whole city:

The main building of the university NTNU is also very impressive: The university has 40000 students and is the biggest university in Norway. It is a university for technical and natural sciences.

There are also a lot of coffees in Trondheim and we went out for a coffee, to eat kanelboller (cinnamon rolls) and had a look through the center.

On Saturday we went shopping and saw the market and on Sunday we had our plane back to Kristiansand again.
