Life on campus at UiA means for me especially living super close to a wonderful nature, close to all my new friends and of course close to the University.
To go hiking you just have to go out of your door and walk two minutes and you are in Jegersberg where you will find many hiking paths. It's fun to discover new paths, enjoy the nature and it's very relaxing after a day at the university.
My room is in one of the student accommodation houses at the campus and it's a very nice room which has it's own bathroom. The kitchen I share with eleven other students who are from Norway and from other countries.
I really enjoy living there because it's so close to everyone else and you don't feel alone. If you want to have company you just have to go to the kitchen and if you want to be by yourself you have enough space in your room.
Also we had some nice parties in our kitchen and in the kitchen downstairs:
And we cooked a lot of delicious food:
Also, there are different kind of flats and not everyone's house is similar. Some students live in a small flat and share a kitchen with only three or four people and some have their own kitchen. Also, some share a kitchen with 14 people. I really like to live in our flat with 12 people because the possibility that you find someone with whom you get along well is very high. In my case I like all of my flatmates and we spend much time in the kitchen eating together and talking.
